The invention relates to the arbitrariness of tampons made of fibrous material of a cylindrical shape, and more specifically, to a device for supplying fibrous cores to the processing zone.

However, this device is not reliable when refueling it with rods and transferring the rods to the processing zone.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device. 1 This goal is achieved by the fact that each holder has a sleeve with a self-centering support, and holes are made in the turret to accommodate self-centering supports, and each sleeve is mounted with the possibility of axial movement.
The self-aligning bearing has a centering ring mounted with possibility voe- e ^ contact with the wall of the hole of the turret, the two spring-loaded conical ring arranged coaxially on either side of the centering ring 30 with the possibility of contacting with the outer surface of the sleeve and the rollers, each of which is disposed between the conical and centering rings, with conical rings facing one another with ends of a smaller diameter. In addition, the self-centering support is a ring made hollow from an elastic material, or a ring spring-loaded in axial and radial directions.

The device has a turret 1 with holders 2 cores, which are placed in the holes of the turret. The holder 2 consists of a sleeve 3 and a self-centering support. The sleeve 3 is mounted with the possibility of axial movement.

The device operates as follows.
The cylindrical rods 10 of fibrous material processed on the device 11 are loaded in pairs in the holders 2 of the turret 1.
The bushings 3 are extended in the direction of the device 11 by the pressure plate 12. They are centered with the holes 13 on the holes 14 of the device 11. The rods 10 are fed into the sleeves 3. The plate 12 is retracted and the turret rotates one step and then the cycle of loading the rods is repeated at the same time, bushings filled with rods reach the transfer position of the rods to device 15 for further processing.
The bushings 3 are pressed by the strip 16 to the sleeves 17 of the device 15. The plungers 18, making axial movement., Pass through the strip 16 and push the rods from the bushings 3, and feed them into the sleeves 17 of the device 15.
The bushings 3 are located in the holes of the turret so that their center of gravity coincides with the main plane of the head.
